W337手表蓝牙与wifi功能简介
W337 Introduction to Watch Sensor Functions
Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
The watch features Bluetooth capabilities enabling Standby/Connection, Data Transfer, Accessory Connectivity, and Music Playback.
Data Synchronization:
1. Syncs workout data and health metrics in real-time with the COROS app on your phone via Bluetooth.
2. Connects directly to COROS servers via Wi-Fi to upload workout records/health data or download map updates.
3. Use Case: Backs up data independently, without needing a phone as a relay.
Bluetooth Headphone Connection:
Supports connecting Bluetooth headphones for music playback (headphones must support standard Bluetooth protocols).
Accessory Connectivity:
1. Sensors: Connects to Bluetooth accessories like heart rate straps, power meters, cadence sensors, bike trainers, and rowing machines.
2. Dedicated Devices: Supports connection to COROS POD/POD 2 and heart rate armbands.
3. Camera Control: Connects to and controls GoPro & Insta360 cameras via Bluetooth.
Health Monitoring:
Connect a Bluetooth heart rate armband to enhance heart rate monitoring accuracy (especially during intense exercise).
Message Notifications:
Push notifications from your phone to the watch (requires active Bluetooth connection).
Maps:
Download offline map resources like topographical maps and contour maps (requires Wi-Fi connection).
Software Updates:
Download and install firmware updates via Wi-Fi to optimize functionality and performance.
GPS Satellite Positioning
Function Description:
Utilizes Multi-Band Multi-GNSS technology (GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO/BeiDou/QZSS) for precise activity tracking and navigation (e.g., hiking, cycling, trail running, swimming, climbing).
Operation Path:
Start an outdoor activity (e.g., hike/cycle) → GPS activates automatically.
View real-time track during activity: Long-press the 4 o'clock button → Touch screen or rotate crown → Select the "Map" tab.
Features:
Dual-band All-Satellite System GPS for independent positioning (no phone needed).
Track Back function (retrace your route if you get lost).
PPG Heart Rate Sensor
Function Description:
Employs a multi-channel optical sensor for 24h continuous heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) measurement.
Application Scenarios:
1. Automatic Monitoring: Records heart rate once per minute during rest.
2. Real-time Heart Rate Alerts: Provides warnings during exercise for abnormally high/low heart rates.
3. Sleep Quality Analysis: Identifies four sleep stages: Awake, Deep Sleep, Light Sleep, and REM.
4. All-day Stress Assessment: Automatically monitors stress levels hourly after determining a resting state.
5. Blood Oxygen (SpO2): Monitors altitude adaptation.
Wearing Requirement: Wear the watch snug against the skin.
ECG Heart Rate Sensor
Function: HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Measurement.
Usage:
1. Wear the watch normally.
2. The metal crown acts as an ECG electrode.
3. Lightly touch the metal crown with a finger from your other hand.
4. Generates an HRV measurement report.
Data Application:
Quick Health Check.
Motion Sensor Group (Gyroscope & Acceleration sensor)
Collaborative Functions:
Activity Recognition: Helps identify activity states like running, swimming, and cycling.
Gesture Control: Raise-to-wake screen display.
Barometric pressure sensor
Core Uses:
1. Real-time altitude measurement (for hiking/skiing scenarios), measuring elevation and ambient pressure changes.
2. Storm Alert (notification for sudden pressure drops).
3. Weather prediction based on pressure changes over the last 24 hours.
Derived Functions:
Elevation Gain / Floor Climb Count.
Altitude Adaptation Guidance.
Capacitive wearing sensor
Mechanism:
Detects skin contact to determine if the device is being worn.
Smart Integration:
Pauses health monitoring when not worn (to conserve battery).
